The 1st premolar could not be restored. It was extracted and grafted. After 4 months, an implant was placed eventually restored.

The horizontally impacted wisdom tooth caused a food trap. The patient was not able to clean it. Both had to be removed since the decay on the back of the 2nd molar was not repairable.

Grafting of the sinus is necessary when there is insufficient bone to place an implant in the upper posterior area.
